The K Club was established in 2003 by Head Trainer James Forrest to provide specialist 1 to 1 and group fitness training to people of all levels.
The main aim of The K Club is to provide ordinary members of the public with a personal and user friendly place in which to achieve their personal fitness goals.
After many years of working in the fitness industry James has seen first hand many flaws in the running of the large chain gyms and in a bid to provide a more effective and individualised service he opened The K Club.

K-Club News
Running club
Every Tuesday at 11.15am and Wed or Thur 7.30pm, all abilities welcome. Everyone will be pushed to their limit then fully stretched out after.
Boxing circuit
Coming soon once per week, learn the basics to complex combinations. Boxing is an all round fitness session that caters for all, learning a new skill and getting fit at the same time...win win!!
Member of the month
Lindsay and Will Mayor – a first at The K Club, a couple winning MOM. Original members since day one, I can't remember a week going by without them training. Members for over 4 years and both able to complete most fitness tasks, a great example of 'put the effort in now and the body stays strong'. |
